Day 3: Find the Classes That Suits You
We offer a variety of classes to meet your needs and your goals. After meeting with a coach, now you’re set to schedule your week.DAY3
Day 4: Together we start the journey to a happier, healthier you.
We help you learn the fundamentals of being fit. Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you gain momentum into your journey to a happier, healthier you! For those still a little intimidated-one of our coaches will work with you 1-1 in the class setting to get you confident!DAY4
Day 30: A Healthier, Happier You
Congratulations, you’ve been with MOMENTUM'S FITNESS CLASSES IN NYACK, NY -CROSSFIT, HIIT, ENDURANCE, STRENGTH for 30 days and it’s been a great 30 days. You’re finding the groove and are becoming consistent. Nothing will get in the way of your fitness goals!DAY30
