We offer a variety of classes to meet your needs and your goals. After meeting with a coach, now you’re set to schedule your week.
DAY3Day 4: Together we start the journey to a happier, healthier you.

We help you learn the fundamentals of being fit. Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you gain momentum into your journey to a happier, healthier you! For those still a little intimidated-one of our coaches will work with you 1-1 in the class setting to get you confident!
DAY4Day 30: A Healthier, Happier You

Congratulations, you’ve been with MOMENTUM'S FITNESS CLASSES IN NYACK, NY -CROSSFIT, HIIT, ENDURANCE, STRENGTH for 30 days and it’s been a great 30 days. You’re finding the groove and are becoming consistent. Nothing will get in the way of your fitness goals!

Congratulations on doing great work and investing in your long-term fitness goals. It’s not easy, but you’re accomplishing a lot already, feeling the changes in your body and fitness level – so keep the amazing effort (and good times) rolling.
DAY45Day 60: You are now a “CrossFitter,” an “Athlete,” a “Fitness Enthusiast”

By coming to class you’ve learned to do things you’ve never thought you could. You now possess the traits and habits of a true athlete. You have Grit, Strength, Accountability, you have a routine you consistently stick with. You may have seen these traits transfer into your life outside the gym.
We want to celebrate YOU — reaching your milestones, pushing toward your potential, achieving a PR (personal record), and so much more!
