Our Monthly memberships are all month-to-month, meaning no long term contracts and include the following options:
- 3 Classes per week.
- With this option you will be able to choose between CrossFit and Velocity classes for up to 3 classes each calendar week. A great place to start for a beginner who is looking to get into a regular routine
- Unlimited Classes per week.
- This will give you the opportunity to attend as many classes as you would like (both CrossFit and Velocity) during each month. Great for those who know they’d like to come in 4-5 days a week!
- Private one-on-one training options available to work with your goals and schedule. Work with one of our experienced trainers to get you in the best shape of your life!
- Options include 30 minute or 1 hour sessions
- Training times flexible
- 10 Class Pass-Valid for 10 classes of your choice, including Velocity and CrossFit. 3-Month expiration.
- Buy a punchcard to allow for flexibility in your training
