Sandbag/Ball over Bar (Set Bars at 11 on Stantions) for total weight
Double Unders
Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
Rope Climb or Peg Board Ascent
4 Rounds at each Station
3 minutes rest after each round
Modify Rope Climbs/Pegboard with Rope Pulls/pull-ups or Peg Board Pullups
