Handstand Walk (10 Minutes to work on Handstands or Handstand Walk)

Every 4 Minutes for 4 Rounds:

6 Overhead Squats (115/75)

12/9 Calorie Row, Bike, or SKi

15 Situps or 10 GHD

35 Double Unders
