Mobility Yoga Classes complement CrossFit and help athletes of all levels avoid injury and develop greater range of motion & mobility.

Why Practice Mobility Yoga? 

Mobility Yoga Classes are designed to complement the CrossFit /Velocity programs and help athletes of all levels avoid injury and develop greater range of motion and overall mobility. A consistent mobility practice fosters awareness of breath and SAFE movement patterns; that is moving with Strength, Alignment, Flexibility, and Education about anatomy and mobility
Active Recovery: 
Practicing yoga will improve muscle tightness and soreness that you can experience after a CrossFit workout. Yoga helps to circulate synovial fluid around the joints and loosen you up after a training session, speeds up recovery, and reduces soreness.
Breath Awareness:
Establishing a full even rhythmic breath is the first tenant of Yoga. This translates to all of the elements of CrossFit, from Olympic lifting to conditioning, and will really improve your performance if you can master balanced breathing. It will also translate to a more peaceful mind.
Bodily Awareness: 
Alignment is your strongest position. Practicing Mobility Yoga will enhance your positional presence, which is a state of awareness in which you are constantly observing and adjusting how your body moves and takes up space. Positional presence is a learned skill that will improve your posture and your lifts.

Flexible Monthly Membership

12 Classes Per Month

  • 12 CLASSES PER MONTH
  • Allows you to attend any 12 classes of the month you choose.
    • Gives you flexibility throughout the month if you travel frequently or have a non-traditional schedule or if you'd like to attend 2-3x per week
    • Perfect for nurses, doctors, law enforcement professionals and those with a busy travel schedule
    • Our monthly memberships are all month-to-month, meaning no long term contracts
    • Open Gym Add-On is available to experienced members

UNLIMITED CLASSES

For those looking to attend 4+ classes per week

  • UNLIMITED CLASSES PER MONTH
    • Allows you the freedom to workout at any class time
    • Perfect for those looking to follow a Monday-Saturday routine or a more traditional 3-on, 1-off, 2-on schedule
    • Our monthly memberships are all month-to-month, meaning no long term contracts
    • Open Gym Add-On is available to experienced members
