20 Crossover Mountain Climbers

10 Push Up + Floor Press

10 Band Shoulder Press


Complete the shoulder press, then the push press, then the push jerk. Athlete may increase each round or stay at same weight for that movement.

Shoulder Press (Strict Press 3×10)
