SKILL WORK

Handstand hold (10 Minutes to work on Handstand technique)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Min AMRAP:

Run 200m

15 Ball Slams (30/20#)

10 Box Facing Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20″)

Rest 90 seconds after each round
