Station 1: Ping Pong – 10 Toes to Bar, 10 Double KB Sumo Deadlifts, 30 Double Unders

Station 2: 50m Sled Push or Pull (partner AMRAP Pistol Squats while sled is moving)

Station 3: Row, Ski or Bike for Calories (Switch at any time)
