High Intensity Fitness Classes WITHOUT the barbell. Great for both beginners and those looking to increase endurance.

Join us for all the intensity a CrossFit class provides without the complex weightlifting. This high paced class includes a full warm-up and mobility work, strength/skill fundamentals and a WOD (Workout of the Day). The workouts themselves incorporate functional movements using Tabata style, interval and other high intensity interval training for a full body workout! This is a perfect class for the beginner crossfitter and also a challenging workout for those with years of experience.
