Warm-up (No Measure)

Warm up the movements for the WOD, then 3-5 min prior to workout, at a fast pace:

5 Pull-ups

10 Pushups

15 AirSquats

3 Clean & Jerks

10 Wall Balls

30 Double Unders


A 2018 Send Off from “the Girls” (Time)

In Groups of 2 or 3, complete each “girl” in order:


100 Pullups

100 Push-Ups

100 Situps

100 Air Squats

“Grace” 30 Clean & Jerks (135/95#)

“Karen” 150 WallBalls (20/14)

“Annie” 50-40-30-20-10

Double Unders

Last year we did the same WOD as our last WOD of the year minus Annie!

One person working at a time!
