3x: 6-8 Half Kneeling Single Arm Press, 6-8 Side Plank Rotation & reach throughs each side, 12 Banded lateral steps each way, 12 Banded Goblet Squats, Ski 6-8 Calories

Weightlifting

Shoulder Press (4×6@70%, w/maximum rest 30-45 seconds between sets)

Then, 5 Minutes to work on Handstands or Handstand walking

Metcon

The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans, 135#/95#

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1-minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
