Front Squat (3×10, start set 1 at 65% Rest 2 Minutes after each)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Minute AMRAP

30 Double Unders

15 Wall Balls (20/14)

10 Push Jerks (115/75#)

100m jog after each round
