Pull-ups (E:90 Sec x 6 sets)

During every interval, 2-8 kipping or butterfly pullups or kip swings plus 10 hollow rocks.

**choose a number of pullups you can sustain for all 6 rounds. Athletes not to exceed 50 pullups. Advanced athletes may work on C2B or work to perfect positioning.


Crossfit Games Open 18.1 (Ages 16-54) (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

8 Toes-to-bars

10 Dumbbell Hang C&J 50/35 lb

14/12-Cal Row
*Hang clean and jerks are 5 on one arm, then 5 on the other. *Reset Rowers every round
